Sorry that it is late! Hope you guys like it!
"Hey sis, you don't know me?" The little boy asked with curiosity. I shook my head "no" for the answer. "I'm your brother's best friend, Justin! I can't believe you forgot me! Now, I'm mad at you." His eyebrows started to crease to make an angry face. His face is too adorable to make a face of such kind. I looked at him, and something just clicked.
"Oh my god! It's you, Justin. You have Ms. Frankyma as your teacher, and you always pull tricks on my little brother. You are a little genius devil! I remember you!" I smiled when his faced shined with a wide smile."So, why are you here?"
"To give you these, I know its your favorite!" He pulled a bouquet of Lilies that he was holding the whole time behind his back.
I stared at him with teary eyes and said, "you remember that lilies are my favorite! They are also my brother's favorite." I suddenly started to cry out loud in front of everyone and feel to my knees. "Huh?" I say while sobbing like a two year old and look back. There was a 6 foot tall boy behind me who tapped on my shoulder, he had blue eyes, brown hair and creamy skin.
He looked down at me and said, "get up, you are embarrassing yourself." I stopped crying loudly and started weeping while getting myself up.
"I'm sorry, but who are you? Do I know you?" I questioned him.
"Sis, you never met my brother, did you? He goes to a private academy, Spring hill High, and his name is Nick." I suddenly stopped whatever I was doing, and my eyes popped out.
"Your name is Nick?" I was puzzled. What else could I have said? He had the same name as my brother. I couldn't bare the pain anymore, and I started to run back to my room. My room was very close, so I had the time to go in and lock the door behind me. "No, no! It can't be! Nick, his name, it brings back that horrific day. Why does his brother have to have that name? Is it Karma hitting hard back at me?"
Good to be writing again. If you don't know whose post this is, then you are a dummy.
They pair of girls headed to the cafeteria. Bethany took Kylie to a lunch table. Two boys and another girl joined them. "This is David." Bethany gestured to the tall dirty blonde, then pointed to a pink haired girl, "Annie", and then turned to face a black haired boy with his hair slicked back, she giggled slightly, "and James." Bethany smiled at him differently, Kylie didn't know much, but she was definitely sure that Bethany was into James. "How are you?" he asked in a British accent. "Um, he's from England" Bethany said before Kylie could question whether the accent was fake or not. Kylie soon stirred up a conversation with them, leading to the mention of her mom's job. What she wanted to know was, how did popularity work in high school. Luckily Annie got to that."You were way in over your head, talking to Kylie Stewart like that." Kylie sighed. "I realized that a little too late. David snickered. "She won't like the fact that you have the same name as her either. If anything, she is a total show-off. No one can share the spotlight or be on top but her. The name thing is one way you can get on her nerve." She wished she could go back to her old school now. Why couldn't things be as simple as they were in back in the small town world? Annie was a little more interested about her and Josh. "I heard Josh and you hit it off." she teased. Kylie shook her head, but Bethany didn't let her get away that easy. "Oh, that is a total understatement! They were practically..." She stopped talking as the other Kylie passed them shooting a frightening glare. They forgot about what they were talking about and got back to regular conversation. Kylie didn't. She understood Kylie Stewart's expression quite clearly. She was going down. Not easily either.
One of my favorite teachers told my class this true story. We all started cracking up. It probably isn't as funny online, but when he told it, it sounded hilarious.
~Ice Cream Out!
When he was a young boy, he used to have a paper route. Before going to college he gave it to Chris. One day while visiting his neighborhood, he saw a Mercedes Benz in Chris's driveway. He asked a friend,:
Teacher: "Whose car is that?"
Friend: "It's Chris's car."
Teacher: "His parents got him a Mercedes Benz? Wow! He's sixteen!"
Friend: "No, Chris bought it!"
Teacher: "You're kidding how did he get $20,000?"
What happened: Chris was folding up his newspapers before making his deliveries, when he noticed an ad in the newspaper. It read: Mercedes Benz for 1,000 dollars. Chris could not believe it. He had enough money saved up from his paper route, but he thought it must have been a joke. Still, who could pass that up without trying? So, he immediately called the number in the ad. On the phone was a lady.
Chris: "Excuse me, are you really selling a Mercedes Benz for a thousand dollars?"
Lady: "Yes, I am."
Chris: I'll be right over, don't sell it to anyone else.
Chris immediately went over to her house, bought the car, and came home to deliver his papers. Of course his father soon noticed the $20,000 car in his driveway.
Dad: Son, who did you steal that from?"
Chris: "I bought the car."
Dad: "Where would you get $20,000?"
Chris: "I got it cheap for a 1,000 bucks from some lady."
Dad: "You must be making this up. Let me call the lady you say you bought this car from."
So Chris called up the lady and let his dad talk to her.
Dad: Did you sell this car for a 1,000 dollars to my son?"
Lady: "Yes, I did."
Dad: "This car is worth a lot more than that?"
Lady: "I know that."
Dad: "Why would you sell for such a low price then?"
Lady: "My husband left me for his Secretary. He called me up recently, and said to sell the car and send the money to him."
Hiya, mates. Lily here. I don't have a new story chapter for you guys, but I made The Truth
into a PDF! I'll link to it below. My new story is about an amateur spy named Delphina Charlotte Parker. The stories will be short stories, but each will have a different topic. She will have a different mission for each story, and I will still write stories with other topics. I'll just fall back on her whenever I need a new story or have a spy idea. Here's the PDF:The Truth PDF
. There will, for a temporary period, also be a link to it in the sidebar. Enjoy! It is the whole story all in one. If you can't read it, press Ctrl-1. Enjoy!
Hi, Lily here. I really need to finish this story now, so please forgive me if it's quick. And it is.
Lye finished talking. There was a moment of expectant silence, then Trya turned around. She threw a pillow at Lye, then hugged her. They were quiet for a long time. Slowly, they both pulled apart and started talking at the same time.
"You could have TOLD ME!" Trya said playfully. Lye looked sheepish, then threw the pillow back at her. That ignited a pillow fight, which was how their parents found them ten minutes later. Trya and Lye looked at each other remorsefully, then broke into laughter.
Done! Sorry 'bout the briefness. I'll make a PDF of the whole story later, bye!
Fluffy here! I know my story is a little late. But, it was supposed to be up today morning. When I got home, it was never published on the site. So, I had to retype the whole thing. I couldn't publish until now because I had Tae Kwon Do class and I was still checking for mistakes. I hope there aren't any. Enjoy, and soon the dolls will be up!
Chapter 2: Past is Past
I can’t believe that it has been a week since the explosion. I woke up from the soft hospital bed. I was in the hospital because Jane told me that I ran to the explosion and fell unconscious in front of the house. Everyone had told me that my brother had “fallen asleep” for a long time. I know that it isn’t true, and I know that he has passed away. I wish he was still here and right next to me.
“Come on sis! Don’t act like a baby!” He always warned me for what was going to be ahead. He always comes in my dreams and says, “Hey sis, you should stop crying, I’ll be back when I want to be. You were getting a little annoying, so I wanted to rest. Plus, you were acting too much like a baby. I’m 5 years younger than you are, but I act like a high school student. It is very sad to think that my older sister is in 9th grade and she acts like she is in 2nd grade. I mean I don’t want to be made fun of. Anyway, when I come back, you will see me as probably a different person. That’s because I’m getting plastic surgery! I’m just kidding. It is because I’ll be older and extremely dorky. Don’t be worried. I still love you sis, no matter what happens, I’m here for you!”
“Nick! I miss you so much. I’m glad you didn’t forget me! I’m happy that I can see that you’re smiling. I just love your smile. Keep it the same way. I love you too!” I smiled back.
“No matter what happens, we’ll be here for each other,” we said together as though we were both about to cry.
That was it, my beautiful dream with my brother was in the past. I wanted someone to come in and give me a shoulder to cry on. Right then, I see a small boy, he looked just like my brother. I got out of the hospital bed and ran to him and saw that he was nothing like my brother. He had dark blue eyes, while my brother had very light green eyes, just like mine. He had the softest and neatest hair, unlike my brother. I stared at him, and I started to walk away. Just then, he came running up to me saying, “The past is the past sis!”
Hi guys, Silver here. Lily emailed this story to me, and asked me to put it up for her, so here it is! Lily got her inspiration for this story by watching the sunset.
Away from Time
I had been away too long.
Why had I let myself be lured away from the sea? I started running desperately. I would die if I didn't get back to the water before sunset. I put on a burst of speed. He wasn't even worth it. The sun dips a little lower. Rock shards stabbed at my tender feet. I scream, not of the pain, but of fright. Would I never swim again? Never part the cool waters, or trail my fingers through the sandy ocean floor? The fiery sphere touches the horizon, and I am a few hundred yards from shore. It might as well be a million. The realization hits me like a tidal wave. I'm not going to make it. My legs weren't made for speed, but for pleasure, strolls near the shore. I am only quick in the water, with my slim tail. I can feel my consciousness fading away already. I still run, longing to breathe the humid, salty, air near the shoreline before I go. But I won't. The sun is three-quarters below. I collapse, sapped of energy. I am dying. Dying. I reach out, and the tip of a wave touches my still body. It retreats, and my body fades to sand and blows away in the breeze.
Edit: Hi, it's Lily. Thanks, Silver, for putting this up. (Really late, but better late than never, right?) Well, I hope you like it!
Hello everyone, here's my new story. (It was the best title I could think of, okay?!) I know Scarlett's kind of a drama queen, sorry. I actually typed this while we were in Savannah. I hope you like it! Please comment. The first person to do so can suggest a character and will get a sneak peek of what happens later. (Mini- contest.) -Lily
Scarlett woke with a start and smiled. She could hear her Aunt Krystal downstairs. She showered and got dressed in record time, then almost broke her neck running down the stairs. Aunt Krystal's visits were always something to look forward to. Aunt Krystal was sitting at the kitchen counter, chatting with Scarlett's mom. Scarlett pulled up a stool and invaded her aunt's personal bubble.
"Hey, Scar!" Aunt Krystal was one of the only people allowed to call her that. Whenever anyone else did, it sounded like she was a bruise. "What's up?" Aunt Krystal never tried to sound "cool" like some older people. She just said what she wanted, and it worked when she did.
" The usual. Nothing exciting ever happens," she whined. Aunt Krystal smiled hugely, showing her perfect teeth. Her long blond hair was pulled into a loose knot, and her shocking blue eyes sparkled with excitement. "Well, I have some good news for you then! Scarlett, I'm getting married!" Scarlett's mind reeled. She'd been waiting for this ever since her aunt had started going out with Rob, a guy who worked at the same group of companies as Krystal did. She worked as as a reporter for a fashion magazine, and he worked as one for a sports magazine. They had met at a tennis match- which Scarlett thought was really strange. "Eeeeeeeeeeeee!" Scarlett squealed, throwing her arms around her aunt. "Finally! You have to let me help you plan it. I know some great clothing stores, and there's this adorable little boutique that sells the best-"
"Oh, Scar, I didn't tell you, but since we both have to do so much traveling and working, we've hired a wedding planner. She can take care of everything, and under a budget too! Great, right? And I have one more thing- you'll be a bridesmaid!" Scarlett broke out sweating. "B-b-but I've been advance planning since.. f-forever! I have so many great ideas, and-" She stopped and ran upstairs, jumping onto her lime green mini sofa and buried her face in a chocolate-brown throw pillow. She heard the thud of feet running up the stairs, and pulled her decorative throw over herself.
"Scar!" Aunt Krystal cried. She ran over and tried to apologize, but Scarlett didn't care. "I thought that you'd be busy with school work and all-"
"It's summer vacation!" Scarlett screamed. She felt the pillow turn damp. "That's the lamest excuse ever! And I thought that you were so.." The pillow was turning uncomfortably wet now. She let out a groan. "Go away! I don't want you here." Scarlett's mom started to say something about it being Aunt Krystal's choice, but Scarlett just screamed at her too and ran to her bed, where she cried until she started to feel dehydrated. She walked to the bathroom and caught a glimpse of herself, then wished she hadn't. Her wavy blond hair resembled a rat's nest, and her blue green eyes were bloodshot. She sighed and tried to fix herself, then slipped downstairs. She could hear her aunt in the living room with her mother, so she grabbed some food from the fridge and went back to her room. Scarlett ate, then decided her aunt would be sorry. Somehow. Meanwhile, she'd still plan a wedding- maybe just not her aunt's.
If you don't like it and don't want me to write any more, don't hesitate to say so. But type this, not the negative thoughts- >_<. Okay?
I am going to be back on track! Here is chapter 4!
To Kylie's relief the boy who had helped her in the previous class was in this one. She was unsure on how to approach him,but to her relief, he saw her and waved her to a chair near him. "Hey..." she started softly. "It's Josh, right?" He smiled. "Sorry about Kylie, she can be kind of a witch." "Oh it was no problem. Bullies are just insecure people. We learned that in 5th grade." she replied, but she wished she hadn't said anything. A few people who had heard her snickered, and even Josh chuckled a bit to himself. She stared at her worn out sneakers and pretended not to notice. Then she asked a question which didn't seem appropriate for the time being. "Are you and the other Kylie, um... you know, seeing each other?" The question had flown from her mouth. Josh shook his head clearly surprised by the question. "What made you think that?" Kylie shrugged and turned her head to the board to see the math problems on the board. "I'm kind of new to this whole thing." Josh sighed. "Well, she asked me to be her date to homecoming last year, but I turned her down. She claimed to her friends that she had changed her mind and didn't want to go with me." He smirked. "I mean you don't see her having the guts to admit not everyone thinks she's great, right?" she nodded. After the teacher had started class, she couldn't help but occasionally turn to look at him. Sometimes, he caught her and they shared a grin. The class had been a total blur with Josh sitting right next to her. She had trouble focusing however, and it didn't help that she was terrible at math. Hopefully Bethany or Josh is good at math, she thought. After the class had ended she packed up her bag, while she was talking and laughing with Josh. She couldn't believe how easy it was to talk to him. "So you're mom works for Madison High?" she nodded. Josh shook his head. "Wow that's super cool." she beamed. She hadn't told him that her mom was a cook, but she wasn't lying. Her mom did work for the show and she had never specified what position she held. Who knew? Maybe if this information slipped out without being a lie, she could boost her popularity. Then, living here wouldn't be so bad. She approached Bethany, who was standing near a group of lockers across from the classroom, after waving goodbye to Josh. Bethany had a huge grin on her face. "So, you and Josh are pretty tight already!" she teased. Kylie shrugged. "I don't think so, but he is like the only person who has been nice to me, besides you." Bethany was still smiling. "Maybe, if you and your new crush-" Kylie cut her off. "I do not like him!" Bethany smirked. They had a long conversation all the way to homeroom. She felt good until she saw Kylie Stewart walk by and give her a frightening look. Bethany's voice began again, only now sounding a bit more serious, "You know this whole thing with you and Josh hanging out a lot is only going to make her hate you even more right?" Kylie pretended she didn't hear her.
Sorry I haven't been writing! Here is the next Chapter!
Kylie felt like dying. The other girl had offered her hand and smiled sweetly; Kylie had taken it, but she regretted that instantly. The mean girl gave Kylie a quick push and cackled. Soon everyone else joined in. "Nice one K!" , a tall brunette with straight waist length hair said. "Really Kylie?", a voice put in from the back. This voice wasn't from the inner circle. Kylie wondered if he was talking to her, but her doubts were cleared when he came forward and faced the Kylie sitting in the desk. She rolled her eyes. "Josh! What's up", her tone immediately changed. She flashed him a gorgeous smile which showed off her perfect teeth, and began fidgeting with her shirt hoping he would notice it. "Real mature of you Kylie." He continued ignoring her flirtatious gestures. A few people snickered. She shot them a death glare. Fortunately, the boy offered his hand to Kylie to help her up. This time, it wasn't a trick. "All right kids please sit down." Ms. Proctor boomed in a loud voice, finally looking up from the book she had been reading, clearly oblivious to the scene that had just happened. To Kylie's relief the class was basically what she had been doing at home and she managed to do well. Kylie quickly scurried out of class, she was followed by a girl with curly black hair and a bubble-gum pink streak. "Hey, I'm" she began but stopped and frowned at the terrified look on Kylie's face. "Relax, I don't bite." She laughed when Kylie turned and began walking again. "Fine, pass the only opportunity to make a friend and know who to avoid and how it works around here." Kylie stopped and turned. This girl didn't seem too bad. And from what she could remember, she hadn't been laughing with the others during her fall. "I already know you." she continued with a smile, "I'm Bethany Millington." She grabbed Kylie's arm and lead her towards her next class after taking a peek at the schedule. "Where are you from?" Kylie sighed. "It doesn't matter. No one would have heard of it. What's wrong with this school? What did I do to her?" Bethany glanced at her. "You a small town girl right? I figured. Every school has one bad egg. Great for us, our's is the most popular girl in school. You were way in over you head if you thought you could make friends with her." Bethany showed her the room. "Lucky for you, we have a lot of classes together. I don't know how you are going to make it in your other classes though, like this one." She pushed Kylie into the room and waved. See you next period! We have lunch together. Bye!".
